My favorite show back then was Lizzie McGuire

• I’m downloading themes and wallpapers for my cellphone. It looks wretched with the old theme. Everything’s pretty boring, I just want to eat ice cream and yogurt everyday of my life. I’m having a productive summer, this is what I’ve always wanted.
• My cousins are about to migrate to States soon, I’m going to miss them a lot! We’ll be having our outing-slash-despedida party on Saturday which makes me unable to practice for the worship service on Sunday.
• It smells good here. I’m not saying, good-food smell. It smells wonderful, I wonder if my mom smells it too.

Hearing the news about the mall incident makes me feel unsafe going to malls now. I feel traumatized hearing the news. There were people whose life were not spared, some were hurt and even traumatized just as I am. I may not be there when the incident happened, but just hearing those words coming from the reporter’s very mouth makes me feel that every mall today are unsafe. But some are just not. I guess it is just the security personel, but sometimes, we can’t blame them. People today are just so smart enough to invent something just to do a certain task, thing, or crime. 

Imagining those people’s lives who were in danger, who were threatened, who were scared to death makes more afraid than I already am. I’m not only talking about the news that I just heard minutes ago, but I am also talking about the news weeks and months ago. I’m not paranoid or anything because I know God keeps me safe from harm, He protects me. We should always pray no matter where we go, no matter what we do, and no matter when it is. 

When things get complicated, God is there. When things are plain simple, He is still there. I guess He never leaves our sides no matter what the situation is. 

In life, we sometimes do not notice every blessing and miracle that happens in our life. That moment when you wake up and open your eyes is already a great blessing and miracle, for you were able to see and able to live another day that He has made. He is great indeed.

Sometimes, we do not get what we want but that does not mean He has already neglected us. Sometimes, it also mean that we should wait or it may simply be a “no.” God has this special thing for us kept for the moment. I think that He’s not giving that special thing yet for we may not be ready, but when we are, I’m sure that He’ll give it to us quickly. When you delight yourself in the Lord, He’ll give you what your heart desires that is for His glory, name and according to His will. Everything is organized and arranged properly according to his purpose. 

When we are weak, He strengthens us. When we’re depressed, He comforts us just like a friend. 

He is everything we ever needed. He is great. He is mighty. He is awesome! How great Thou art!
